AI Consulting & Training — EU

Your team already uses AI. We make it fluent.

UpShift AI runs readiness snapshots, hands-on bootcamps, and implementation sprints that turn scattered AI usage into working workflows. Senior operators with fixed fees and deliverables you keep — we're the people who ship it with you, not the people who present it to you.

Fixed fees · No juniors billed as experts · Remote EU-wide, on-site by arrangement

Why now

Your team is already using AI. Your company isn't.

  • Everyone uses AI. Almost nobody gets leverage.

A chat window is open in every tab, but the work looks the same as last year. Personal tricks don't scale. Capability does.

  • Brussels has raised the floor.

Since February 2025, EU AI Act Article 4 requires companies deploying AI to ensure their staff's AI literacy. Most teams haven't started.

  • Pilots die in slides.

A proof-of-concept gets demoed, applauded, and shelved. Without an owner, a workflow, and a deadline, nothing reaches production.

  • Tool sprawl without workflows.

A dozen subscriptions, five competing prompt documents, zero shared standards. Every team re-solves the same problems in private.

  • The gap compounds monthly.

Teams that rebuilt their core workflows pull further ahead every month. The difference isn't talent. It's operating discipline.

None of this is a technology problem. It's an operating problem — and operating problems are fixed in weeks, not years.

Programs & pricing

Five ways in. Every one of them ships.

  • SOPs and handover docs for each
  • Team training on every workflow
  • A named owner for each workflow

Program 2.5

Fractional AI Officer

Ongoing · Standard & Growth tiers

From · per month €6,000

A senior AI operator on your side of the table while your org builds its own muscle — strategy that survives the budget, vendor selection without the vendor's sales deck, and coaching for the people who'll own this after we leave.

Standard€6,000/mo · 3-month minimum

Growth€9,500/mo · 6-month minimum

  • AI strategy tied to your operating plan
  • Vendor selection & negotiation
  • Ongoing team coaching
  • A succession plan — you stop needing us

N.B. — Fees are fixed and quoted before kickoff. Travel billed at cost, agreed upfront. No open-ended day-rate drift.

How it works

Audit. Bootcamp. Then we ship.

A sequence, not a menu: understand the ground, train the team, build the workflows. Each step stands alone — together they compound.

  1. Map the ground truth

One week of fieldwork: where AI already lives in the work, what it's costing you, and what's worth changing first. Ends with a 90-day roadmap you could execute without us.

  2. Train the team on real work

Two days on their own documents, data, and deadlines — not toy examples. Standards get set in the room, together, and written down where everyone can find them.

  3. Ship, then step back

We build the roadmap's workflows with your people until they run in production — then hand over the keys. Sprint for speed. Fractional retainer for cover while your team grows into the role.

Bootcamp syllabus

Two days. Twelve modules. One rebuilt workflow.

The bootcamp runs on your tools and your documents. Every module pairs a short working session with immediate practice on live material.

Day 1

Foundations & daily work

  1. LLM fundamentals & limits

What models actually do, where they fail, and how to judge output quality without a benchmark.

  2. Prompt engineering that survives contact with real work

Roles, context, tasks, format — plus iteration loops that still hold on Monday morning.

  3. Writing & documents

Outline-first drafting, style matching, and editing AI output to your standard.

  4. Meetings, email & summaries

Prep briefs, action-item extraction, and follow-ups that keep their commitments.

  5. Data analysis with AI

Question, query, and verify your numbers with a model in the loop — without leaking what's confidential.

  6. Spreadsheets & reporting

Formula help, data cleanup, and recurring reports in a fraction of the time.

Day 2

Leverage & scale

  1. Slides & visuals

Structure-first decks and business-appropriate visuals, from raw notes to presented.

  2. Coding assistants for non-engineers

Small scripts, advanced formulas, and tiny internal tools — no computer science degree required.

  3. Automation & agents (n8n / Zapier)

Move from doing tasks one by one to supervising workflows that run themselves.

  4. Custom assistants & projects

Persistent context, project setup, and assistants your whole team can share.

  5. Governance, privacy & the EU AI Act

What may enter a prompt, data classes, human-in-the-loop rules, and the Act in plain language.

Capstone — graduation requirement

Redesign one real workflow

Your team rebuilds one live workflow end-to-end, measures the before/after, and defends the result. You leave with it running — not with notes about it.

Who it's for

Built for operators. Not for browsers.

Built for

  • Teams of 10–500 that already dabble in AI but lack shared standards and a common playbook.
  • Leaders in ops, finance, marketing, and engineering who own real workflows and answer for real numbers.
  • Companies past the experiment stage — pilots happened, budget exists, nothing stuck.

Not for you if

  • You want a slideware audit — a deck that gets applauded in the boardroom and shelved by Friday. We deliver working artifacts, or we don't take the job.
  • You're shopping for magic. AI won't rescue an unclear process; it will just do the wrong thing faster.
  • Your real goal is headcount dressed up as strategy. We build leverage for the team you have.

Questions

Asked before signing.

Do you run sessions on-site or remote?

Both. Bootcamps land best in person — two days on-site is the default when travel is practical. Audits and sprints run well remote across EU time zones. We quote travel openly before kickoff; no surprises on the invoice.

How do you handle data privacy and the EU AI Act?

Conservatively, by default. We work inside your existing tools, policies, and contracts — your data stays in systems you already control, and we don't route your work through our own pipelines. Every bootcamp includes a governance module: what may enter a prompt, how to treat customer data, and where your use cases sit in the Act's risk tiers.

Does the Bootcamp satisfy EU AI Act Article 4?

Article 4 requires employers to ensure adequate AI literacy among staff who use AI on the job. Our Bootcamp delivers documented, hands-on literacy training mapped to your real use cases — attendance records and curriculum documentation included. We'll map it to your compliance posture on the discovery call.

Which AI tools do you work with?

The ones you already pay for, first. We're tool-agnostic across the major LLM assistants, office suites, and automation platforms like n8n and Zapier, and we recommend based on your stack and constraints — we don't take vendor commissions.

What do you guarantee?

Deliverables, not miracles. Every program lists concrete outputs — maps, scores, trained people, workflows in production — and those ship on schedule. What we won't promise are revenue multiples or “10× productivity” numbers. Anyone who does is guessing.

Why is the Snapshot prepaid?

Fixed scope, 48-hour turnaround, no procurement cycle. Half up front, half on delivery — you're buying speed, and so are we.

How fast can we start?

We run a small number of engagements at a time, so the honest answer is: email us and we'll give you the next open start date. Usually that's within a few weeks — and a Snapshot can start Monday morning and hand you a go/no-go by Wednesday.
